Upload a photograph of an alpaca (Vicugna pacos) and the compact detector localises the animal in real time. Trained and evaluated on a curated, deduplicated, leakage-free dataset from the Peruvian Altiplano.

Honest scope: this demo serves only the body detector. The ocular anomaly classifier is not deployed — under a leakage-free protocol it performs at chance (AUC-ROC = 0.506) and is reported in the paper as a negative result, not a diagnostic tool.
